Toys
All the Toys currently discounted, across every brand we follow, collected on a single page. Only items with a real reduction against the retailer's own reference price are shown.
Every card gives you the current price, the list price it was marked down from, and the dollar saving. When an offer runs out, the card is removed.
Toys on Salewunder in the US runs from the first year to the tween years: building sets, dolls and playsets, die-cast cars and track sets, foam blasters, modeling compound and craft kits, wooden and early-learning toys. The brands that appear here include LEGO, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher-Price, Nerf, Play-Doh, and Melissa & Doug. Which of them are discounted at any given time changes constantly, and the page shows only the current state.
What a seasoned toy buyer understands is that licensed lines are seasonal. A range tied to a movie, a show, or a game is stocked in bulk for the release and then has to be cleared once attention moves on, so those are the reductions that go deepest and arrive most predictably. The classic, unlicensed lines behave differently: a basic car pack or a starter building set sells steadily all year, so it gets cut less often and less hard. If you are buying for a birthday months away, the licensed clearance is where to look.
The US calendar for toys is really about the end of the year. Amazon's October event opens the holiday season and is the first broad round of toy markdowns. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the peak, with the largest sets and the headline dolls and playsets taking their biggest cuts. The post-Christmas clearance in January is where whatever did not move gets cleared out, and it is often the better moment for the licensed lines that have already had their run.
What tends to be reduced: film and show tie-ins after the release window, last year's wave of a doll or car line when a new one arrives, and multi-packs and bundle sizes retailers ordered too deep. What rarely does: the newest, most-advertised set of the season while it is still selling through at list.
The percentage on this page is not our own calculation: it is the difference between today's price and the reference price the retailer itself displays. Where no reference price is shown, we show no percentage, because no discount is better than an invented one. The page updates automatically, prices are rechecked regularly, and anything that is no longer reduced disappears rather than sitting here as an expired offer.
Salewunder is funded by affiliate links: if you buy through a link here, we earn a commission. It makes no difference to your price, and what gets listed is decided by the discount, not by the commission.
