The Lodge selection here is cast iron above all: the pre-seasoned skillets in their familiar sizes, Dutch ovens and combo cookers, griddles and grill pans, the enameled cast iron in its various colors, carbon steel pans, camp and outdoor cookware including the footed Dutch ovens, plus accessories like silicone handle holders, pan scrapers and lids. Which pieces are discounted at any moment varies, and this page tracks only the present state.

Cast iron is one of the few categories where newness is worth nothing. A skillet made this year cooks the same as one made a decade ago, so buy on size rather than on model year: the mid-size skillet is the volume seller and consequently the piece most often reduced, while the enameled line tends to move on color instead. The factory seasoning is a starting point, not a quality tier, since the surface improves with use, so it is not a reason to pay more for one pan over another.

For this category the meaningful windows are Black Friday and Cyber Monday, when the enameled Dutch ovens see their sharpest reductions, and the spring through Fourth of July stretch, when camp cookware and grill pans move with the outdoor season. Prime Day in July picks up some of the bare cast iron.

Because bare cast iron changes so little from year to year, the reductions rarely come from a generational change. They land instead on enameled colors being retired, on bundle sets that pair a skillet with accessories, and on seasonal or licensed editions that a retailer is clearing.
