New Balance deals

New Balance shows up here across two quite different halves of its range: the lifestyle numbers — 574, 327, 530, 9060 and the 990 series — and the performance side, meaning Fresh Foam models such as the 1080 and Arishi, the FuelCell line, and the 608 and 624 cross trainers that remain steady sellers in Canada. Alongside them sit fleece, track pants, tees and the odd bag. Which items are reduced turns over constantly, and this page shows only the present state.

The single most valuable thing about New Balance is width. It sells many models in 2E and 4E as well as standard D, and in women's sizing in narrow as well as wide — almost no competitor does this properly. If other brands have never fitted you well, this is the one to try, and it is worth checking the width letter in the listing before the price, because a reduced shoe in the wrong width is no bargain. The lifestyle numbers also run a half size large in most cases, while the Fresh Foam runners come up true.

Running and lifestyle footwear in Canada moves on the Amazon events in July and October, and again through Black Friday and Cyber Monday, when apparel and everyday sneakers are cut hardest. August back-to-school takes youth sizing down. Running shoes also get reduced whenever a model number increments — the outgoing version stays on shelves and on price cuts for months afterwards.

New Balance operates factory outlet stores in Canada and keeps a clearance area on its own site. The reliable pattern in both is superseded model numbers, past-season colourways and the widths that sell in smaller volumes. The Canadian catalogue is smaller than the US one, so a width or colour combination that stalls here often ends up reduced while the mainstream version never is.

The percentage on this page is not our own calculation: it is the difference between today's price and the reference price the retailer itself displays. Where no reference price is shown, we show no percentage, because no discount is better than an invented one. The page updates automatically, prices are rechecked regularly, and anything that is no longer reduced disappears rather than sitting here as an expired offer.
