Champion's assortment is fleece and jersey basics more than anything else: Reverse Weave hoodies and crewnecks, lighter Powerblend sweats, script-logo and C-logo tees, joggers and shorts, plus multipacks of socks and underwear. Caps and tote bags appear around the edges. The portion of that which is genuinely reduced changes week to week, and this page only shows the current position.
The one thing worth understanding is Reverse Weave, because it is what separates the heavyweight product from the rest of the line. The fabric is cut and knitted so the grain runs crosswise, which is why the garment resists shrinking in length through repeated washes, and it is noticeably heavier than the Powerblend equivalent. If longevity is why you are buying, check the label rather than the price — the two lines look similar in photos and feel completely different. Champion fleece also runs boxy and generous, so many people take one size down from their usual.
Season matters here in a way it does not for footwear. Hoodies and sweats are winter stock in Australia, so the deepest cuts arrive on the way out of winter and through spring and summer — roughly September to February, with the Boxing Day and January clearance as the peak. Black Friday in late November is the other reliable moment, though it falls at the wrong end of the season for heavy fleece.
Champion in Australia is sold mainly through retailers and their sale sections rather than a large owned outlet network. The pieces most often reduced are seasonal colours, older logo treatments, and the sizes left at the extremes of the run after the middle has sold.
